1. Service
TokenRealm provides paid access to educational content about crypto assets, meme coins, on-chain research, market structure and risk management.
2. No guarantee
The service does not promise performance, profits or successful trading outcomes. Users remain solely responsible for investment decisions and wallet security.
3. Account and access
Access may be associated with a Whop identity or, for direct on-chain purchases, an authenticated EVM wallet. Access depends on the active tier and the validity of the corresponding Whop entitlement or direct-payment period.
4. Payments
Whop purchases are processed using the payment methods Whop makes available to the buyer and are subject to Whop’s checkout, payment and account terms. TokenRealm does not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country or to every buyer. Direct purchases remain available in native USDC on Base using the network, token, amount and receiving address displayed by TokenRealm. Blockchain network fees may apply to direct payments.
5. Duration
Each confirmed purchase grants the access period stated at checkout. Direct wallet payments are never automatically debited. Whop access follows the pricing option and membership status shown by Whop; TokenRealm’s intended Whop offers are one-time 30-day passes.
6. Transaction errors
Users must verify network, token, amount and receiving address before sending. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
7. Intellectual property
TokenRealm lessons, methods, copy and materials are licensed for personal use. Commercial redistribution or full republication without permission is prohibited.
8. Availability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, infrastructure failure, blockchain outages or third-party incidents. Absolute availability is not guaranteed.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, TokenRealm is not responsible for trading losses, lost keys, transaction errors or decisions made from educational material.
