Refund policy

Crypto payments need clear rules.

Legal review recommended before launch: consumer rights for digital content vary by jurisdiction and may require specific information or consent before immediate access is provided.

Blockchain finality

A confirmed crypto transaction is technically irreversible. This does not remove statutory consumer rights that may apply under relevant law.

Wrong network, token or address

Funds sent to a different network, token contract or receiving address may be unrecoverable. Contact support with the transaction hash for any manual review.

Duplicate payment

If you can verify two payments for the same intended membership period, contact support with both transaction hashes.

Whop purchases

Purchases completed through Whop are also subject to Whop’s payment, refund and Resolution Center processes. If a Whop purchase is paid but TokenRealm access does not appear, sign in with the purchasing Whop account and then contact support if the issue persists.

Correct direct payment but no access

If the correct native USDC payment on Base is confirmed on-chain but access does not activate, contact support with your wallet address and transaction hash.
